34 years after his death, "Live at the Folklore Center, NYC - March 6th, 1967" will be released August 25 on the Tomkins Square label. The performance, only attended by 25 people will be presented in its original order. Among the songs are six that have never been released on any studio or live album. Also included will be an interview with the folk legend conducted by folk impresario Izzy Young. Buckley died tragically of a heroin overdose in 1975 at age 28. His son Jeff, also an acclaimed songwriter and performer, died tragically in 1997 at age 30. A collection of Jeff's live performances titled "Grace Around the World" will be released soon.
