Oakland Raiders.  The thirty-nine year old quarterback signed a one year deal (not sure what the terms are).  For Garcia it is a dream come true since he was a fan of the team when he was a child.  "I grew up a fan of the Raiders," Garcia said in a conference call, "I grew up a fan of the great players that came through there, and so many great things that had happened through the 70s and 80s with the team.
