Rihanna's attorney, Donald Etra, has filed a motion in Los Angeles asking police to return jewelry Rihanna (real name Robyn Rihanna Fentyn) was wearing the night she was allegedly beaten by her boyfriend Chris Brown as the couple were driving home from a pre-Grammys party. The pair of earrings and three rings are reportedly worth $1.4 million dollars. The jewelry were loaned to the singer by four separate companies who want the items returned. Brown was arrested Feb. 8 and charged with felony assault and making criminal threats. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges and his case is due back in court on Wednesday, when a judge will consider the jewelry motion as well. Brown is not required to attend that hearing.
