Ex-Pantera and current Down vocalist Phil Anselmo is at home in New Orleans recovering from knee surgery.  Once Anselmo recovers, DOWN will make a number of European festival appearances this summer before embarking on one more run of shows in select U.S. markets in August/September. The group will then return to the studio from October through December to record what will eventually become the fourth DOWN album, tentatively due in out early 2010.
