A Los Angeles judge ruled to go forward with a lawsuit that was brought on by Slash.  The former Guns n Roses guitarist is charging that a home he purchased in '06 was misrepresented by the real estate agents (on the seller side) not revealing the actual size of the property, nor did they reveal the parking restrictions on the street.  Apparently, the lack of size and restrictions hampered Saul Hudson's ability to throw the kind of parties he and his wife are accustomed to.
