Looks like David Byrne and Brian Eno have worked together for the first time in more than a quarter of a century. David Byrne, the former Talking Heads frontman, and Brian Eno, U2 producer, previously worked on three Talking Heads albums together, but have not worked together since the eighties, until now. They will be releasing a new album via their own label and will launch it through their website.
Byrne commented, "I just finished a record with Brian Eno. He did most of the music and I wrote the lyrics and did the singing and we're really happy with it."
In keeping pace with the rest of the music industry, the dynamic duo will also be making a song available for free download on August 4th.
Tracklisting: 'Home' 'My Big Nurse' 'I Feel My Stuff' 'Everything That Happens' 'Life Is Long' 'The River' 'Strange Overtones' 'Wanted for Life' 'One Fine Day' 'Poor Boy' 'The Lighthouse'
