No bail for Bale,Christain Bale arrested for assaulting his mother and sister?

The star of  The Dark Knight and the upcoming Terminator 4 was arrested for attacking his mother and sister in a hotel.
No actual charges have been filed yet so. It is still in the allegation stage.

But apparently 2 different police forces were contacted in the incident.

Bale is still being detained (code for no bail has been set because no charges have been filed).


 

What do you think is going on with this guy?
