Pantera Bassist Rex 'Rocker' Brown Owes $449,567 in Back Taxes

USA Today is reporting that former Pantera bassist Rex "Rocker" Brown, 48, is in deep with the tax man.  The IRS has filed five tax liens against Brown, totaling $449,567 in unpaid taxes.  The latest and largest lien was filed in January and amounts to $210,157.  A sixth lien for $72,695 was released in 2008, which means Brown paid that debt.

The government could seize Brown's cut of Pantera revenue, from album sales and publishing.  Hopefully the bassist can get a payment plan
worked out before the re-release of the deluxe version of the band's most successful album, Vulgar Display of Power, on May 15th.
