Country superstar Taylor Swift garnered the most nominations for the upcoming Country Music Association Awards, scoring six nods to finish tied with newcomer Kacey Graves, who also got six nominations.  Husband and wife duo Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert were each nominated in five categories, and Keigh Urban and Florida Georgia line each got four nods.  The ceremony is slated for November 6th in Nashville, Tennessee, and will be broadcast on ABC.  The ceremony will be hosted by Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley.  Up for the coveted Entertainer of the Year Award are Shelton, who won the award last year, along with Swift, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and country legend George Strait.
