A Southern California photographer filed a lawsuit Wednesday against pop star Justin Bieber, claiming the singer kicked and punched him last year. Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran alleges that Bieber was leaving the movies at The Commons in Calabasas with his girlfriend when Duran decided to get some snapshots of the teen sensation. Bieber then became angered, the lawsuit says, and delivered a martial arts style flying kick to the photographer's gut before punching him in the face. The suit asks for unspecified damages for "severe and extreme emotional distress." Bieber has had a number of run-ins with the paparazzi in the past, including a pair of incidents where he was accused of hitting photographers with a car, the latest of which occurred in Hollywood earlier this month. Bieber's publicist has so far declined to comment on the lawsuit filed this week.
