Lamb of God Frontman Cleared in Death of Fan

Lamb of God frontman, Randy Blythe, was acquitted of manslaughter charges today.  Blythe was accused of pushing a fan off of a stage at a concert in Prague in 2010.  The prosecution argued Blythe shoved Daniel Nosek, who had jumped onto the stage during the show.  Nosek then fell from the stage hitting his head on the floor and died a few weeks later.  Although Blythe did plead not guilty, he did admit to shoving the teen, saying that they do not tolerate fans on the stage, but he was unaware of the injury sustained by Nosek.  It was only until the band returned for a 2012 concert that Blythe realized what had happened, after being arrested and charged for the Nosek's death.  Blythe was released 5 weeks later on $400,000 bail and made it clear that he would return to the country for the trial.  In the end, the Czech court ruled that the concert's organizers are to blame.  Blythe commented on Nosek saying that he was a Lamb of God fan and that he 'had no wish to harm him.  He was just a boy.  I wish he was still here'.  The prosecution called for Blythe to be sentenced to 5 years in prison and are planning to appeal the court's decision.
