Mark Abrahamian, the longtime lead guitarist for the rock group Starship, passed away over the weekend after suffering a heart attack following the band's SUnday night performance in Norfolk, Nebraska. He was just 46 years old. According to reports, Abrahamian told the band's bass player he wasn't feeling well when the band was in the dressing room after the show, went into the next room to call his fiancee and collapsed. He was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. The band's concert in Orem, Utah, scheduled for Monday night, was canceled. Abrahamian joined Starship, a band that has been recording and performing for nearly forty years, on 2001. Funeral services have not yet been scheduled.
