R&B superstar Usher has been awarded primary custody of his two sons, culminating a long, heated custody battle with his ex-wife. A Fulton County judge on Friday awarded the singer with custody of the couple's 3- and 4-year-old sons, with the custody order taking effect September 1st. Usher's ex, Tameka Foster Raymond, will receive visitatioin rights, the judge said, but the terms of her visitation privilieges have not yet been determined. Usher Raymond IV and Tameka Foster married in 2007, divorcing just two years later. Usher's custody victory comes just about a month after Tameka's 11 year-old son from a previous marriage passed away after sustaining injuries in a boating accident.
