German power metal veterans Masterplan announced Monday they are headed to Slovakia to record their fifth studio album at guitarist Roland Grapow's own studio. According to a statement from Grapow, the band finished writing the material for the album last week, and the band is currently targeting next March for the album to arrive in stores. Masterplan was formed in 1991 by Grapow and drummer Uli Kusch, who had worked together for several years as members of Helloween.
