Rock legend Bob Dylan revealed the track listing and cover art Monday for "Tempest," the singer's 35th studio album meant to mark his 50th anniversary as a recording artist.  The iconic singer also revealed the album will be in stores on September 11th.  Check out the track listing and cover art for "Tempest" below.
