Target revealed on Wednesday it won't carry the debut album from the Odd Future rapper Frank Ocean, which debuted on iTunes on Tuesday. The decision is not based on the any explicit content on the album, titled "Channel Orange," but rather on the label's decision to offer digital downloads of the album on iTunes a week before retailers get their hands on it, at least according to statements made by the retailer. Ocean's manager implied the decision was based on Ocean's sexuality, but later removed the Twitter post in which he made the allegation.
