According to a report in Sunday's edition of the L.A. Times, pop superatr Justin Bieber was pulled over and cited for reckless driving Friday on the 101 Freeway.  The report indicated Bieber was speeding and weaving in and out of traffic when California Highway Patrol officers pulled him over and issued the citation.
