Hip-hop star Nicki Minaj made a bit of Billboard chart history this week as her latest single "Starships" came in at No. 9 on on the Hot 100 chart, amrking the song's 20th consecutive week in the Top 10 following its release.  The only other song to ever debut in the top 10 and stay there for 20 weeks was the Black Eyed Peas' "I Gotta Feeling."  Of course, the Black Eyed Peas' hit spent 14 weeks at No. 1, while "Starships" debuted at No. 9 and has yet to climb higher than No. 5 on the chart, despite the 20-week stint in the top 10.
