Puddle of Muss frontman Wesley Scatlin has managed to avoid prison time, according to reports, by reaching an agreement with prosecutors in which he will plead guilty to a charge of possessing cocaine. As part of his plea deal, Scantlin will attend a drug counseling program, but will not go to prison. Prosecutors also dropped several misdemeanor charges filed against the singer, including driving without a license and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
