Baltimore, Maryland rockers the Charm City Devils, who have made a splash on rock radio stations around the country in recent weeks with their remake of "Man of Constant Sorrow," found a new home on Monday when they signed a deal with eOne Music, which will release the band's sophomore effort, "Sins," on July 31st.  The band also recently released a video for "Man of Constant Sorrow," a remake of a song originally recorded by Dick Burnett in 1913 which gained renewed popularity in 2000 when it was included on the soundtrack for the film "O Brother, Where Art Thou?"  Check out the video below.
