Here is a movie about the invention of the vibrator...it stars Hugh Dancy and Maggie Gyllenhaal.   Dancy plays, Mortimer Granville,  a 19th century doctor who "specializes in female medical problems"...Gyllenhaal plays his "potential love interest."
