Responding to pressure from right-wing Islamic leaders, Indonesian officials on Monday denied a permir for pop supertsar Lady Gaga to perform in the Islamic country later this summer. Scheduled for June 3rd, the concert had been sold out. With the world's largest Muslim population, Indonesia has historically been very tolerant of other religions, but the extremist movement have become sharply more vocal over the past few years. The small movement has complained that Lady Gaga's revealing outfits and suggestive dance moves will corrupt the moral value of the nation's youth.
