Hip-hop mogul Jay-Z is looking to add concert promoter to his already imressive resume, according to a report in the New York Time over the weekend, as he has been tapped to put together the Budweiser Made in America festival on September 1st and 2nd in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park.  Jay-Z will also headline the festival as a performer.  Additional performers will be announced later this month, and tickets will go on sale May 23rd.
