Country legend Willie Nelson will be immortalized in Austin, Texas later this month when a statue in his likeness in unveiled in the city. A gift to the city from a non-profit called Capital Area Statues, Inc., the bronze sculpture reportedly stands eight feet tall and weighs a ton. Created by sculptor Clete Shields, the statue will be unveiled at 4:20 PM on April 20th, in recognition of Nelson's fondness for marijuana. Nelson will make an appearance at the unveiling, as he will be in town to take part in the We Walk the Line show, a tribute to the music of Johnny Cash.
