The Associated Press reported this weekend that Sugarland frontwoman Jennifer Nettles has been ordered by a judge to testify in lawsuits filed over the stage collapse at the Indiana State Fair last August.  The singer has been ordered to give a deposition in the matter to discuss why the band did not delay their concert in the face of dangerous weather warnings.  The duo was about to perform when winds gusting to 70 miles an hour blew down the enormous stage, killing seven and injuring 58.  The fair's organizers, the company that built the stage, and Sugarland are all named in a slew of claims filed in the matter.
