Country star Carrie Underwood unveiled the cover art and title of her upcoming fourth studio album on Monday, which is slated to hit stores on May 1st.  Titled "Blown Away," the set was produced by Mark Bright, who produced or co-produced the singers first three albums, and features lead single "Good Girl," which debuted last month and is working its way up the charts.  CHeck out the cover art for "Blown Away" below.
