According to the Miami Herald, an unidentified 40 year-old man was found dead from gunfire Wednesday morning outside of a home belonging to rapper / producer Rick Ross.  According to the story, police were called to the residence after neighbors heard gunfire shortly before 7 AM, and found the body near the front gate.  According to a police spokesman, Ross owns the home but does not live there, was not in Miami at the time of the incident, and is not considered a suspect.  Police do want to speak with Ross, however, to inquire about who was living at the home, which he loans out to other recording artists to live and record in.  Ross and his representatives have declined to comment.
