R&B singer / producer The-Dream dropped a new video Thursday for "Roc," the first single from his upcoming "Love IV MMXII" album, which he hopes to have in stores by Memorial Day.  The album was originally slated to come out last December, but a series of disputes with Def Jam shelved the release.  The-Dream also released the dates for a three week tour that kicks off March 7th, the day after "Roc" becomes available on iTunes and other digital outlets.  Watch the new video below, and Click Here for a list of dates for the singer's "Kill the Lights" tour.
