R&B singer Chris Brown is reportedly under investigation for theft after being accused of snatching an iPhone 4S from a female fan who had taken a picture of him and rapper Tyga outside a Miami nightclub.  According to police, 24 year-old Christal Spann claimed that she snapped the photo as the two men were getting into a Bentley Sunday night.  Brown allegedly rolled down his window and told the woman "B**ch you ain't going to put that on no website," before grabbing the phone as the car drove away.

According to a report, an arrest warrant is being issued for Brown, who has not commented on the accusation.  A conviction would likely be bad news for Brown, who is still on probation for the 2009 assault of his then-girlfriend Rihanna.  Just two weeks ago, a Los Angeles judge praised Brown for staying out of trouble, but ruled that he should continue reporting to a probation officer in Virginia.
