Iconic soul singers Stevie Wonder and Aretha Franklin will reportedly perform Saturday at the funeral for Whitney Houston, who died tragically last Saturday. Houston's publicist Kristen Foster also said that invitations were sent out to Houston's ex-husband Bobby Brown, her co-star in "The Bodyguard" Kevin Costner, and media mogul Oprah Winfrey.
Houston's funeral will be held at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey, the first place the singer shared her powerful voice with others. The service will be private, giving friends and family a chance to pay their respects. Police say they will block off the streets around the church and fans will be kept at a distance.
