Pop superstar Katy Perry is reportedly in talks with Paramount Pictures for a 3D concert movie documenting her elaborate stage show.  The project is reportedly still in the development stage, but Paramount and Imagine Entertainment hope to achieve similar success to that enjoyed by last year's "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never," which grossed $73 million to become the most successful concert film in US history.
