According to Young Money rapper Birdman, the label's top-selling artist Lil' Wayne has completed work on a new album, and will release it before the summer rolls in.  Birdman says that Wayne has finished recording "I Am Not a Human Being 2" though a release date has not yet been set.  Birdman also said that Wayne has been working on collaborative albums with Juelz Santana and Baby, but noted that those projects will be in stores after Wayne's solo effort.
