Back in November, pop superstar Lady Gaga announced her plan for her Born This Way Foundation, a nonprofit aimed at helping kids with self-confidence issues, well-being, career development and anti-bullying.  On Thursday, Gaga announced that the foundation will officially launch February 29th with an event at the Sanders Theatre at Harvard University.  Gaga will reportedly run the foundation with her mother, Cynthia Germanotta.
