In one of the closest votes in recent history, Gaga narrowly won the honor over late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, gaining three more votes than Jobs. Others receiving multiple votes included Taylor Swift, Adele, Charlie Sheen and the cast of "Harry Potter."
