Surprisingly, rock veterans Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers have never performed at a major UK festival, even though their career spans well over 30 years.  What's more it's been 20 years since the band played a major show at all across the pond, but both of those streaks will come to an end when Petty & co. headline the Isle of Wight festival on June 22nd.  the headliner for the festival's second day has yet to be announced, but Bruce Springsteen will headline the final night, Sunday December 24th.
