R&B superstar Beyonce debuted a new video Wednesday, featuring a live performance of her "I Was Here."  The timing of the singer's release of a live video is no accident, coming just two weeks before her new DVD, "Live At Roseland: Elements of 4," hits stores.  A shorter version of the DVD titled "4 Live at Roseland" will hit stores a week earlier, going on sale at Wal-Mart stores on November 21st.  Check out the new live video below.
