According to industry prognosticators, independent singer Mac Miller should make Billboard history next week when his debut album "Blue Slide Park" lands at the pinnacle of the Billboard 200 albums chart, making it just the second indie debut ever to achieve the feat.  The only other independently distributed debut album to rise to the top of the chart was Tha Dogg Pound's "Dogg Food" in 1995.
