Sugarland announced this weekend that it will put on a free concert on October 28th in Indianapolis just 11 weeks after their scheduled performance at the Indiana State Fair ended in tragedy when a stage collapsed, killing seven people and injuring dozens.  The free concert, proceeds of which will benefit the victims of the August 13th accident, will be the final show on the country duo's current tour, and will feature several guest performers, which will be announced over the next few weeks.  Check out some footage of the tragic stage collapse below.
