Grunge legends Soundgarden have been confirmed as the headlining act for next year's Big Day Out festival, a mini-tour across New Zealand and Australia scheduled for next January and February. The recently reunited band first played Big Day out following the 1994 release of "Superunkown," and returned in 1997. Their headlining slot at next year's jaunt will be their first return to the Land Down Under since then. Big Day Off is slated to kick off January 20th in Auckland, New Zealand and wind up February 5th in Perth, Australia. Click Here for all the dates.
