Pop superstar Lady Gaga has filed a lawsuit against a Nevada company who applied for trademarks, without her permission, for the names "Lady Gaga" and "Lady Gaga LG".  The company, Excite Worldwide LLC, plans to use the names to market its jewelry and cosmetics, according to the suit, cashing in on the dinger's popularity.  The US Patent Office says the applications have not been approved, but Gaga claims they are hindering her own efforts to apply for trademarks around her name.
