Stone Temple Pilots have once again canceled dates at the end of a tour, canceling the final four stops on their current tour.  According to reports, doctors have indicated that singer Scott Weiland likely has scarring and inflammation in his vocal chords, and needs "immediate vocal rest."  The band has canceled stops in Cincinnati Ohio, Council Bluffs Iowa, and Lousiville, and postponed a Concho, Oklahoma gig to November 5th.  Last year around the same time, STP canceled a dozen stops after Weiland went into a rambling tirade onstage in Houston.
