R&B superstar Rihanna has reportedly been approached to appear as a guest judge on Simon Cowell's US version of "The X Factor," joining fellow R&B stars Paula Abdul and Nicole Sherzinger.  Rihanna appeared on the UK finale of "X Factor" last year, and Cowell was apparently pleased with her appearance.
