Houston-area rappers Baby Bash and Paul Wall were arrested in El Paso Sunday and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. The two were reportedly arrested at about 1:30 AM and spent about 12 hours in the county jail before posting $300 bond each and being released. The pair were in the border town to perform at the Summer Jamm on Saturday.
Wall took to Twitter to talk about the ordeal right after being released, noting that producer BiggRoy was also taken into custody. "Fresh out the El Paso County jail wit @BabyBash @BIGGROY in the same tank they held Willie Nelson/Johnny Cash," read the message posted on Twitter, along with a photo of he and Bash cuffed in the back of a police cruiser.
