MTV is bringing back its popular celebrity prank show "Punk'd," but instead of Ashton Kucther having all the fun, every show will feature a different celebrity pranker setting up other stars. Justin Bieber is reportedly hosting the first episode, and will play a prank on Taylor Swift.  The nature of the prank has not been revealed.
