Rappers Jay-Z and Kanye West are reportedly already bickering about their upcoming tour in support of their collaboration album, "Watch the Throne."  According to a report in the New York post, the pair are arguing about the production plans for the tour, as Jay-Z wants to keep things simple, thereby keeping costs down, so they can repay the money put up by the tour's promoter Jay-Z; while West wants an elaborate flashy concert that would rival some of the world's biggest rock acts.  "Jay-Z can't deal with Kanye," an insider told the Post. "Jay is a stone-cold businessman. He wants to recoup all of his money from Live Nation, but Kanye wants to upstage rock stars with a blowout show. He doesn't care about costs. He has a lot less to gain from the shows."
