The Gathering of the Juggalos festival set to take place between August 12th and 14th in Cave-in-Rock, Illinois, will have an interesting act this year.  It was reported Thursday that none-other-than Charlie Sheen will take the stage at the Insane Clown Posse-founded event, performing on August 13th.  The 12th annual edition of the festival will also feature performances by Lil' Jon, Flavor Flav, Busta Rhymes and Kottonmouth Kings.  Check out a 27-minute promo clip for the Gathering below.
