Mexican pop star Paulina Rubio was arrested over the weekend in Miami for failing to comply with police officers following a traffic accident she was involved in.  According to the traffic report, Rubio's BMW collided with another vehicle Saturday afternoon near the Miami neighborhood of Little Havana.  When a police officer arrived at the scene and asked the singer to get out of her car, she refused, cursing and claiming that "all of you Miami cops are abusive."

Rubio was placed in handcuffs and held until she calmed down, at which point she apologized.  Though she wasn't arrested, she was charged with refusing to obey a lawful command, obstruction of justice and disorderly conduct.
