Soul queen Erykah Badu revealed last night at the LA Film Festival that she will release her very first mixtape in July under the name DJ Lo Down Loretta Brown.  She has also scheduled an appearance as Miss Brown on Friday at the Black Girls Rock and Soul Tour at the Key Club in Hollywood, and will also appear at the pre dinner on Saturday night for the BET Awards, which are scheduled for Sunday night at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.  Badu did not reveal a title or any other details about the mixtape.
