Guy Oseary, who manages pop legend Madonna, took to his Twiiter account Tuesday to announce that the Material Girl is heading into the studio next month to record a follow-up to her 2008 set, "Hard Candy."  Oseary also Tweeted that he has spoken with Madonna's label about reissuing some titles from her back catalog, but nothing is in the works yet.  He also hinted that the singer may follow the album with a tour, but said that nothing will be planned until the album is finished.
