As he was on a plane to Alaska for a concert, the home of country star Trace Adkins burned to the ground Saturday night. The Brentwood, Tennessee home was a total loss after the blaze, but thankfully, Adkins' three daughters and their nanny, who were home when the blaze started, made it out safely. The singer's wife, Rhonda, was not at home. Adkins reportedly got the news when he landed in Alaska and immediately booked a flight back home. A spokesman for Adkins released the following statement: "Trace wishes to express his gratitude for the immediate response of the Brentwood Fire Department and is humbled by the outpouring of concern from friends and fans."
